Ok, so there’s a new and cool Bakery right on the Avenue in Hampden, called Puffs and Pastries. Opened for just a few weeks this place is getting quite a following, not just for it’s daily baked Pastries and Breads but for it’s great lunch Sandwiches!
Puffs and Pastries offer specialty sandwiches daily, on this day, I was lucky enough to get the last “Bacon, Bleu Cheese, Walnut, & Pears on Multigrain Ciabatta” for $5. This is what I would call a REAL sandwich, FILLING and TASTY without being pretentious. It gets both a HEARTY and HARDY thumbs up! This was a Great Sandwich and I’d recommend it anytime you need a good meal
Puffs and Pastries also offers catering, custom orders, volume pricing and special daily specials, I suggest checking their website to see what yum yums are on the menu for your visit.
As a “Spread Special”, get a Coffee and Pastry for just $3 but you gotta say the Spread sent you!
